The goal
Let customers book a repair visit online in under a minute — and make sure the company never double-books a technician.
Booking calendar
The booking plugin went through many iterations to reach v6.1. Customers start with their address, so the system only shows slots the business can actually serve, then pick a time and confirm. Capacity is tracked per technician, bookings sync with Google Calendar, and scheduled emails send reminders before the visit and ask for feedback after it.
Theme and email
A complete custom theme replaced the previous site, and a standalone email marketing plugin lets the team send campaigns without a third-party platform.
SEO audit
A live audit found stale content targeting a city the business had moved away from and several duplicate pages splitting rankings — both fixed as part of the rebuild.
