The goal
Wellness products get used up. The store wanted to remind customers to reorder at exactly the right moment — not too early, not after they had already bought elsewhere.
What we built
AquaZen Reorder Reminders stores a usage period on each product. When an order completes, the plugin schedules a follow-up email for when that product is likely to run low. Store staff can set usage periods in bulk or inline with Quick Edit, so managing a full catalogue takes minutes.
We also configured the store’s AI writer plugin so blog content supports the products customers are reordering.
